Computer Numerical Control or CNC Machining is a process of manufacturing metal components using various computer controlled tools. CMI has an on-site tool room facility, which enables the manufacturing of form tools and machining for high specification components.
We utilise several CAD CAM CNC machines, all of which offer five-axis CNC machining, as well as other associated machining equipment, such as spot drilling, lathe and EDM wire erosion. CAD drawings are created – 2D or 3D – which are then turned into a code of coordinates that the CNC machines understand, to control the various stages of manufacturing.
This process offers a much more precise method of manufacturing components, particularly with the more complex 3D shapes.

Provide your 2D drawings with specifications (material, surface treatment, tolerance, other requirement, etc.); Please inform your quantity usage (MOQ and annual need) and logistic requirement; 3D drawings are much welcome for full product review.

Production lead time for CNC machining is 14wks,
